SHIPPING POLICY
Additional shipping costs may apply to certain orders postcodes as advised to us on the day by our chosen courier company. These costs ill be advised to the buyer for payment prior to goods being shipped.

Authority to leave is required for ALL delivery addresses.

Delivery Instructions should be provided in the Notes section at Checkout and should be a secure and shady spot, with easy access for the courier driver. If no delivery instructions are provided, then your parcel will be left at your front door.

Parcel  Locker and PO Box addresses will NOT be accepted.

Goods are shipped un-refrigerated and need to be refrigerated on arrival for 24 hours before sampling. Shipping during peak summer months is not recommended. Global warming will impact this.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within the first 48 hours of the products arriving by email on jane@biobeetkvass.com.au so that we can resolve any problems. We offer a 7-day money back guarantee.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage.

You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit therefore we advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Biodynamic Wellbeing will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please ensure all returned products are packed securely.

We will, at our option, deliver to you a replacement product or refund the price paid.

For a full refund or exchange, the goods chosen must be returned clean, in an ‘as new’ condition and unopened. Please quote your order number.
